He is an Advocate and also Chartered Accountant. He was practicing as a Chartered Accountant for 29 years and now joined the firm as Managing partner. He has been appearing before Supreme Court, High Courts, Company Law Board and other Tribunals.

Experience
He was involved in many matters of merger, acquisition, dis-investment, joint ventures of large corporate. He had been representing in various committees and study groups of Corporate Law Committees of ICAI.

He did his LL.B (Hons) from CCS University, Meerut after he completed his course in Bachelor of Commerce with Honours.

Experience
He has been in active litigation for about 11 years and represent clients in various matters arising out of Corporate disputes, criminal matters, civil matters and also cases before the Debt Recovery Tribunal and Company Law Board.

His forte lies in the area of ROC cases, commercial litigation and has been actively working as Corporate Advisor.

She has an extensive experience dealing in civil and Corporate litigation. She has the experience of working with some of the eminent Lawyers. As a litigation lawyer, she has been regularly appearing before various Courts and Forums in Delhi.

Her forte lies in the field of Corporate Law Litigation. She has experience in Constitutional Law, Contracts Law, Corporate Litigation, Civil Procedure, Banking Laws.
