He is a member of Bar Council of India as an Advocate. He is the Managing Partner of the firm.
He is also a Fellow Chartered Accountant and was in professional as Chartered Accountant practice for more than 29 years. He is presently practicing as lawyer since 2014.
Experience
He has vast experience of representing medium to large corporate and individual clients before Hon’ble Supreme Court, High Courts, erstwhile Company Law Board, NCLT & NCLAT, SEBI, SAT, other Tribunals, and forums especially in matters related to corporate litigation, merger & acquisition, insolvency, Bankruptcy Code, domestic and international arbitration.
He was involved in many matters of merger, acquisition, dis-investment, joint ventures of large corporates.
He has acted as Administrator-cum-Chairman of a Company appointed by the erstwhile Hon’ble Company Law Board.
He has spoken and presented on variety of topics at more than 100 seminars, workshops, symposium of Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Advocates, Industrialist etc., as an expert.
He did his LLB (Hons) from CCS University, Meerut after getting a degree of Bachelor of Commerce with Honors.
He has been engaged for arguing litigation before various courts for about 17 years and represented clients in various matters arising out of corporate disputes, criminal matters, civil matters, and cases before the Debt Recovery Tribunal.
Nalini is a Law graduate from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University, with an Honours degree in Political Science from Miranda House, University of Delhi. She also holds a master's degree in Political Science from Delhi University.
Nalini has an extensive experience of dealing in civil and corporate litigation. She has rich experience of working with some of the eminent Lawyers. As a litigation lawyer, she has been regularly appearing before various courts and forums such as High Courts, Supreme Court and various Tribunals including NCLTs across country and NCLAT.
Her forte lies in the field of Corporate Laws, Domestic and International Arbitrations and Insolvency matters. She has experience in constitutional law, contract law, corporate litigation, civil procedure and banking laws.
